It’s good to your heart and control your blood sugar. Not only breakfast boost your energy it also replenishes the nutrients in your body. Studies proved that breakfast is the best meal of the day.It improves your metabolism and energy levels. Eating a healthy diet together with your breakfast can maintain your weight and helps you in the long run.

Eating breakfast makes you concentrate and gives you power to start your day. You should fuel your body by waking up in the morning and to feel good and make your day way better.

Imagine that it can also provide less obesity to other people and maintain a healthy weight. A healthy breakfast will make you feel full throughout the day and consume less calories in a day. Too much calorie can cause weight gain and obesity so breakfast cand reduce your appetite and you will eat less in a day.

Others just drink their coffee to start their day because they are not hungry.

Many people tend to skip breakfast because they are not hungry and don’t have enough time to eat breakfast.Some people feel sick when eating breakfast but you can start your own habits to practice to eat a meal in the morning.

Drinking coffee is not enough to fuel you body in the morning instead make a toast and eat your delicious oatmeal and start your day.Fuel your body with nutritious food because eating healthy and fueling your body gives your body and organs  to function properly.Drink your coffee with your meal .Coffee is not a food to fuel your body and coffee just make you starve at your lunch and dinner.

Skipping breakfast can cause obesity and weight gain to other people.Skipping breakfast also cause malnutrition to other people.It can cause obesity because theres a possibility you consume tons of calories in your lunch and also dinner.And those who are malnutrition because they consume less calorie in their calorie maintenance.

3 meals in a day is a good practice for your nutrition and skipping a breakfast is not recommended.Aim to make up your nutrition if you tend to skip breakfast.Nourish yourself with tons of nutritious food instead of coffee.

Breakfast is the “most important meal of the day” so don’t forget to eat your breakfast.Consider that eating breakfast is a healthy habit and gives you energy to start your day.Be sure that your eating your breakfast with nutritious and good meals to give you a healthy gut.
