 Its ok to feel tired sometimes when time gets rough.Feel free to rest and get back on track.

There is  no perfect work,timing all the time you deserve a rest to make yourself feel motivated.Think about something that will make you loose the stress and all the burden you have.We should have some fun and relax oursleves sometimes.Working hard is not helping sometimes its about having a healthy relationship with your time,work and especially to yourself and what you're doing.The most important is that you are happy of what you're doing.Dont pressure yourself ,you are just a human too,we are all human we deserve to rest.

Remember that we humans gets tired too,its ok to feel unworthy and feel that things is not going well its totally normal.But please priotize your mental health first you are allowed to rest no matter how  hard you work you do deserve it.Small process is still a process.Dont think that you just need rest because you earned it you need it people.Let yourslef enjoy all the moments you have and smile.

Make sure that resting is not forever if you still want to do it then go for it,if you dont like it you dont have to do it.I know that doing well is a good thing but doing well and not having a self care is not healthy.

Theres always a next day and another day.
Healing is a  good chance to recover and be born again.

Don't forget to do the super important is to rest.

o   Move your body,do some exercise that makes you feel good.

o   Hydrate yourself.Drink 8 glasses of water in a day.

o   Care for your skin,do some skincare routine.

o   Spend time outdoors,Take a walk.

o   Be happy,be positive and have stress management.

 

You don’t need to follow all of this to improve your life,or be better instead take this to be a guide to improve your life.All matters is that you limit yourself being not better version of yourself,and take this a chance to personalize your healthy lifestyle.Building healthy lifestyle and allowing youself to improve,can surely help you to be finer.Remember that you should aim to be healthy but it should be happier and glowing version of yourself.

3 meals in a day is a good practice for your nutrition and skipping a breakfast is not recommended.Aim to make up your nutrition if you tend to skip breakfast.Nourish yourself with tons of nutritious food instead of coffee.
